Your purchase will be shipped after confirmation of funds is received. Please be aware that your Scrappiness.com purchases will bill under the name Qbaroo.
Returns
Products may be returned to Scrappiness within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Scrappiness will not refund shipping costs and items must be unopened and must not be damaged in order to be resold and for a refund to be given. For Quality Assurance and Customer Satisfaction, please be sure to send an email to tracy@scrappiness.com with the reason for the return.
Shipping
Orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours after the time payment is confirmed. We package and ship orders Monday thru Friday, excluding holidays. All orders are currently shipped via the US Postal Service First Class Mail and at times using the Priority Mail feature offered by the US Postal Service.
Pricing is calculated at the time the order is placed and is based on the cost of items purchased. Additional shipping charges that are determined necessary as a result of a special request or an incorrect address will be billed to your credit card as necessary. These transactions in most cases will be billed to your credit card under a separate transaction.
